Join us for a calming and heart-opening evening of breathwork and sound healing, designed to soothe the nervous system, support healing, and foster meaningful community connection.

Giving Back
A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Pink Dragons, California’s first breast cancer survivor dragon boat racing team and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
LA Pink Dragons' Mission:
Founded in 2003, the Los Angeles Pink Dragons are dedicated to improving the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of breast cancer survivors through the empowering sport of dragon boat racing. Their mission is to inspire strength, resilience, and community while demonstrating that life after breast cancer can be active, vibrant, and full of possibility.
What to Expect
The evening begins with gentle guided breathwork, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath led by Sierra (@soundwithsierra), a Holistic Healing Facilitator. Expect soothing sound and stillness to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with yourself and the collective.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, your own yoga mat, optional pillow or blanket
