Stronger Together, Healing through Mind, Body and SpiritA weekly yarning group for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women to connect, share, and learn.
Each week we’ll explore topics such as women’s health, mental wellbeing, nutrition, hormones, menopause, cancer screening, and more.
Guest speakers may drop in for an informal yarn.
Our goals are to:
• Support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
• Create a safe, culturally respectful space
• Build awareness of local health services
• Encourage connection and community
• Empower women with practical self‑care tools
