The mother wound forms when a child’s emotional needs - such as safety, attunement, nurturing, or unconditional love - are consistently unmet, inconsistent, or conditional. This can happen even if your mother was well-intentioned or outwardly “good.”
Common mother wound causes are:
Emotional unavailability or neglect, overcontrol or enmeshment, conditional love (“I love you when you behave”), a mother who was overwhelmed, traumatized, depressed, or dissociated, parentification ( child caring emotionally for the mother ).
In our adulthood the mother wound can show up through:
- Depression
- Fear of abandonment or rejection
- Difficulty receiving care or support
- People-pleasing or self-abandonment
- Chronic shame or “something is wrong with me” feelings
- Trouble with intimacy, especially receiving love
- Repeating dynamics with partners, bosses, or friends
- Following core emotional beliefs:
“My needs don’t matter.”
“I am too much or not enough.”
“Love isn’t safe or reliable.”
- Trust issues
- Lack of ability to recognize our unique gifts

In our 3-day workshop you'll be able to discover the profound impact of the mother wound on your life, uncovering hidden patterns, learning how unresolved issues with your mother can manifest in your life and relationships, and how healing these wounds can lead to personal growth and liberation.
In the workshop you'll be given a unique opportunity to explore and heal the deep-seated dynamics rooted in your relationship with your mother and your ancestral lineage, through emotional integration ( not just mental understanding ), through feeling, releasing and integrating your suppressed emotions, through validating your unmet childhood needs, re-parenting your inner child ( learning to meet your own needs ), developing your internal safety, grieving the mother you didn’t have, through learning to receive without guilt, developing emotional self-attunement, taking your mother on the soul level into your heart and bringing a resolution to your long standing emotional pain.

This in depth workshop IS about facing your shadow and your light, your pain and your joy.
It is about You and Your Truth, your inner child, your soul path, your mother wound, shadows, your ego, insecurities, attachment styles, suppressed emotions, your open heart and your empathy, your challenges, your thoughts and feelings, values, beliefs and expectations, your healthy and not so healthy patterns of thinking, behaving, your listening skills, your love for yourself, your heart opening and honouring your soul's destiny.
This workshop IS NOT about quick positivity, calm and relaxation, and fixing others in your life.
A raw awareness, courage and willingness to face your shadow side, to be vulnerable and open to challenge your current way of thinking and behaving, whilst letting go of coping mechanisms which kept you safe but unhappy and inauthentic in your life, is required.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS WORKSHOP?
A weekend of shifts and transformations – through inner child connection, deep soul movements, heart opening, through deep, intense, soulful, mindful and conscious work on your own, in pairs and in the group – a weekend of total cleansing and healing on conscious and unconscious level.
There will be time for pair work, group work, individual work, time to feel your deep wounds and also fun time and time to be playful.

Angelica is an experienced intuitive medium, emotional trauma recovery practitioner, inner child practitioner, relationship counsellor, hypnotherapist, Teal Swan's completion process facilitator, shadow work & parts work practitioner and family constellations facilitator in training.
Beside her formal training and education, being an adult orphan & foster care survivor herself, gives her a great understanding and passion to help people heal and overcome their childhood wounds.
Born and raised in Croatia, over the last 20+ years she has lived and worked in many different countries all over Europe, UK, Middle East, Australia and travelled even more extensively.
She has worked with thousands of people from all walks of life and from all over the world, in one to one sessions and in group workshops and retreats.
Her mission is to help people get up and move in the direction they want to go, connected to themselves and others.

WHEN?
We start the program on Friday May 29th at 9am and work until 3pm, with a break.
The same schedule is planned for Saturday May 30th, we work from 9am until 3pm.
On Sunday, May 31st, we start at 8am and finish our weekend intensive at 12pm ( noon ).

One of the most beautiful Istrian jewels is the small town of Bale, located on the west coast of Istria, 5 km from the unspoiled beaches.
The town is only 13 km from Rovinj and 20 km from Pula.
This medieval stone town is built on a hill surrounded by endless olive groves and vineyards, and is full of breathtaking views, hidden treasures, art and culture.
