We will be staying in the Istria Region, the largest green oasis of the North Adriatic coined "Little Venice". Our home away from home is The Grand Park Hotel... An architecturally stunning and award winning Eco Friendly Hotel waterfront, straddling Old Town Rovinj and a Nat'l Park.
This gorgeous peninsula is dotted with coastal towns and picturesque medieval towns steeped in history. Rovinj sits on the West coast overlooking a gorgeous archipelago, and is known as “Little Venice.” Rovinj is a romantic, historic and beautiful Croatian fishing port famous for its colorful cobblestone pebble streets, art galleries and bohemian vibes and the perfect springboard to explore the region!
Foodies will love this area along the coast with vineyards, truffles + olive trees reminiscent of Tuscany and Provence.
Nature lovers will love that our hotel looks to the harbor on one side and the park on the other and that our excursions will take us on the water, along the coast + inland to Central Istria.
AND (!!! ) The absolutely STUNNING Grand Park Hotel will be our home away from home for the week. Architecturally it is often voted the most beautiful hotel in Croatia and I would agree! There are multiple gorgeous indoor and outdoor locations for Yoga as well as a world class Spa, Indoor + Outdoor Pool overlooking Rovinj and the harbor!

Our home away from home for the week:
The 5 star Grand Park Hotel has vista views over the harbor to Rovinj on one side and the park to the other. This modern, uniquely designed property has 30,000 Mediterranean plants that look over the hilly coastlines. I’ve chosen the Grand Hotel as our home away from home because we can both enjoy the zen atmosphere as well as multiple amazing restaurants, a rooftop pool, award winning Spa all the while enjoying a 10 minute stroll to the private beach or 15 minute stroll along the waterfront to finding ourselves in the old town of Rovinj.

The Grand Park Hotel has extensive Spa opportunities for R + R.
The Albaro Wellness & Spa has a 50-meter indoor-outdoor pool looking onto lush woodland, and an outdoor infinity pool facing Rovinj.
There are 6 saunas, a cool plunge pool and massages galore… need I say more?!

After Yoga each morning we will enjoy a gourmet bountiful buffet before heading out for our adventures. On our free evenings, the Grand Park has several options to chose from including a beautiful restaurant on the terrace as well as the well known Michelin Star Restaurant, Algi Amici.
The promenade has plenty of cafes to explore and old town is a 15 min walk :)

We will open each day with Yoga and enjoy several afternoon sessions as well.
As always we will explore unique places on land, touring the countryside and perhaps by boat … We will support local families and those passionate about their offerings. some Local guides will take us off the beaten path … Unique adventures are for certain!
