About this Event
This workshop is designed as a safe and reflective space where participants can explore the idea of home—not just as a physical place but as an internal sanctuary. Through guided creative writing exercises, we will unpack memories, emotions, and stories that shape our sense of belonging. The session will incorporate a sound bowl meditation to help participants connect deeper with themselves, fostering healing and self-discovery through writing.
No prior writing experience is needed.
Participant Requirements: Just bring a journal and
something to write with.
