In early childhood, we merge with our environment, embedding family stories and secrets in our unconscious and shaping our behaviours. Using ancient Toltec movements, we will uncover and release these emotional memories, reclaiming our freedom and awareness.This event will be dedicated to our ancestors and their memory because we do not come from nowhere. Our lives are all anchored in a soil, and if the same stories are repeated, it is because they need to be understood and told. During this event, we will give them a place.
By rediscovering these stories, we will also have the opportunity to return to our bodies, bringing consciousness back to the different energy centres of our being, to once again experience the sensation of being complete and living in the present moment with the totality of ourselves.
