In this small group workshop, we will explore whether some of these patterns may have roots beyond our current life story.
Past life regression is a guided process that helps access deeper subconscious memories. These memories may appear as images, sensations, or emotions. When we connect with these deeper layers, the emotional charge around certain relationship patterns often softens. What once felt stuck can begin to release, allowing you to move forward easily.
This workshop is facilitated by Masha Rosen, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, with years of experience leading both private and group regression sessions in a safe and grounded way.

We begin with a clear explanation of what past life regression is and what to expect so you feel comfortable and informed.
🌀 Guided Past Life Regression
Through relaxation and focused guidance, you will explore a past-life experience connected to a current relationship pattern. You remain aware and in control the entire time.
💬 Sharing & Integration
After the regression, participants are invited to share their experiences. We gently explore what came up and how it may relate to present-day relationships. Sharing in a group creates a supportive and safe healing environment.
