When focused externally too long, the human experience has a way of going into autopilot and bogging down. It’s easy to burn out or get lost from one’s true path. The urge to comply with and get validation from others can make us do things we regret. We might feel like we are drowning in our relationships or dying of thirst.

The Ancients have taught us that we must take time to listen to our own hearts, heal the pain, speak truthfully to ourselves about our own authentic gifts, and weigh our impacts on the world.

At this online workshop invest some time looking in your mirror to truly see and appreciate who is there. It’s a time for meditation, inner knowing, affirmative thinking, forgiveness, creativity, and love.

Together we practice knowing what we always knew: that we are whole, perfect, and complete, just as we are.... and that we are not alone. We are part of an Infinite Intelligence that interacts with our every thought and feeling, creating from our deep seated desires, as we free ourselves to use the Laws of Life. Knowing our own truth and living it is what decides our own destiny.
