About this Event
In the spirit of gratitude, we invite you to take some time to slow down and self-reflect with a guided meditation and sound bath on Saturday, November 15th at 10:00am. This is a perfect time to reset with the changing of the seasons and to go into the final stretch of the year with an open, clear mind and some strategies to manage anxiety and stress as the holiday season approaches.
Led by Sara from Undercurrent Sound Healing.
This class is pay what you wish (including nothing at all!) with a suggested value of $10.
NOTE: You are welcome to sit or lie down for this session. Yoga mats and blankets will be available, though you are welcome to bring your own, if you prefer, along with any other items you may want to have (pillow, eye mask, water bottle, etc).
