Come join us for a Healing Hive night of relaxation and rejuvenation at Bar 25 with Afterglow Anna! Anna’s sessions are rooted in deep care for body and mind, offering tools to navigate the challenges of chronic illness and neurodivergence. Through the soothing magic of prayanama breathwork, slow restorative movement and meditation we’ll rest, release and settle our nervous systems, allowing your light, vibrancy and glow to shine, even on tougher days.
