Healing From the Heart is a gentle and uplifting mini retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and give your mind, body, and soul the care they deserve. This experience is all about prioritizing yourself without guilt and allowing yourself the space to simply breathe, receive, heal, and be present.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stressed, disconnected, heavy, or simply in need of a reset, this retreat is for you.
Come unwind, release built-up stress, relax your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, balanced, and restored. Through healing experiences, meaningful connection, peaceful moments, and intentional self-care practices, we invite you to pause from the outside world and pour back into yourself.
This retreat is a reminder that rest is important, healing matters, and taking time for yourself is not selfish — it’s necessary.
Retreat Schedule
10:00 AM – Welcome & Opening Circle
A gentle opening to ground, connect, and set intentions for the day.
10:15 AM – Sound Bath & Guided Journaling Experience (Jeanine)
Relax deeply through soothing sound healing while connecting inward through reflective journaling prompts.
11:15 AM – Lunch & Meaningful Connection
Enjoy lunch, conversation, and time to mingle in a supportive and uplifting environment. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
12:00 PM – Mini Intuitive Readings
Each participant will receive a personal 15-minute intuitive reading experience while enjoying time to browse the space and relax.
1:30 PM – Crystal Wheel & Reiki Healing Experience (Holly)
Immerse yourself in a calming and restorative healing session designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
3:00 PM – Retreat Closing
The retreat will conclude following the Crystal Wheel & Reiki experience. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and recharged.

We are only accepting 6 participants for this intimate experience to allow space for deeper connection and personalized healing.
Once you reserve your spot, you will receive a short personalized form a few days before the retreat. This form will include
intentions for the retreat, and other details to help us create the most supportive experience possible for you!
