Join us on a sound healing journey guiding you on the path to healing, forgiveness and letting go.During this 90 min session, as you lean back and relax, you will be guided into a deep meditative state. As the healing sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls resonate through the room, you will tap into a place deep within, a place that may be hidden from your consciousness, a place that hosts grief and deep attachment and resentment. During this deeply transformative workshop, you will be shown how to release whatever is holding you back from moving forward in a positive way, even the unknown.

What to expect:
Sound healing journeys with Joshika Akhil are relaxing and deeply immersive, and suitable for all levels. Your journey is your own to explore in a completely passive, internal space. You will bathe in the healing tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls with a guided meditation, sending you on a journey of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling balance and re-energized.
Once comfortably relaxed on your mat, the sound and vibrations of the bowls resonate through the air and touch your body and soul. We have selected our bowls from the depths of Nepal to create a unique experience, instantly transporting you to another time and place, bringing forth memories, emotions, and a change in state of mind and mood.
Our sessions are designed for everyone, no prior experience is necessary for beginners, while experienced meditators will find a deeper meditation and transformative experience.
This group session will be held regularly within a serene and healing environment, to help you release anything you are holding onto that no longer serves you and to help you reframe past hurts and heaviness that builds up over time, our aim is to help you build a regular practice into your routine for stress relief, self-care and replenish your energy.
You are welcome to join us as a once off or regularly for our follow up classes for a progressive experience into your personal well-being.
Your host Joshika Akhil has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer with many years of experience as a meditation instructor, her gifts have taken her all over the world to teach, run retreats and workshops. She focuses on self-healing techniques through harnessing your chakras and will integrate this into the session.
