Healing Frequencies: Reiki + Sound Bath (November 2025)

What is Reiki? What is Sound Healing?

Everything in the universe- trees, the sky, you- is made of light and sound. Sound healers treat sound as medicine, relying on sacred instruments that have been played for unimaginable stretches of time, often in holy rituals. These melodies literally raise your vibration, lifting you to higher planes of consciousness where manifestations can come to life and old baggage is released with love and forgiveness. We've all experienced sound healing before- think of a song that makes you dance, laugh, or cry. The experience is truly holistic, moving energy in mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki is a powerful form of energetic healing and alternative medicine that has existed for thousands of years. Reiki practitioners specialize in treating the subtle, energetic body by guiding prana (life force) into the client's energy field. Reiki experiences can inspire physical and emotional sensations as well as divine visions.

What to expect*ੈ✩:

Participants will lay back on our ultra-comfy single-person mattresses as our Sound Healer, Haley, plays various sacred instruments: Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Gong, Ocean Drum, Koshi chimes, and so much more. As you feel the shifting vibrations of these sounds, our Reiki healer, Akhyra, will simultaneously come around the room and perform individual Reiki sessions & hold space for the entire group. This immersive experience will also include, Kundalini Breathwork, to help participants sink deeper into their highest state of consciousness, along with an Group Oracle Reading.

COST: Sliding scale options available (please choose what best fits your financial situation)

No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgment! You may ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group.

This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on their spiritual and/or wellness journey!

*Single-person, ultra-comfy mattresses will be provided for all guests (thus, there is no need to bring a yoga mat)

Please wear your comfiest clothes (cozy socks recommended), bring anything that would support your comfort during this experience (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water, eye mask etc)
