About this Event
Healing Flow Yoga blends fluid movement and mindfulness to create a heart-centered, holistic practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit. In this class, we will move through a slower vinyasa-style yoga allowing for deeper awareness of the breath, incorporating both yoga flow sequence and moments of stillness. In the last 15 minutes of the class, there will be a guided meditation, accompanied by harmonic sound bath to help deepen your meditation practice.
