This workshop combines Conscious Connected Breathing, Energy Healing and Sound Therapy for exhilarating impact.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is not your everyday style of breathing that encourages you to become calm, de-escalate and move from your discomfort.
Conscious Connected Breathing is a rapid style of breathing that pushes you into your discomfort zone where all the best growth happens. Massive transformation can occur when you face these old discomforts while in a safe and peaceful environment. This is for you if you're ready to do THE WORK.
If you're ready to get unstuck from old issues that you're sick of carrying around with you then this workshop is for you.
If you're seeking a spiritual experience without drugs, this is how you get high on your own supply.
How can you prepare?
- Wear something loose fitting and comfortable
- Avoid eating any large meals for 4-5 hours prior to session, snacking is ok.
- Give yourself some additional time before getting in your car afterwards as you may feel a bit ungrounded or spacey. Plan a walk or bring something to read.
What you need to bring:
- I have yoga mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own if you prefer (please remember to wipe it down at the end of class)
- Water
- Snack for afterwards (optional, can help you feel grounded)
What can you expect:
It is you on your yoga mat, that simple. We crank up the music to energize you. I am supporting you as you give everything for the breakthroughs that are for you that day.
You can experience optional energy healing with your facilitator Reiki Master Moyra Michelle who help you move your energy throughout the session followed by restorative sound bath as you process your experience.
Everyone has their own journey during a breathwork experience, it can be emotional, exhilarating, healing, transformative, psychedelic or grounding. You will be encouraged to set an intention and then the breath takes over to give yourself what is right for you that day.
T here are two parking lots to the East of the building on Madison Avenue and one parking lot at the back of the building on Hilliard Avenue. Please use the side door to enter which is on Westwood Avenue. I am up the stairs, take a left and two rights.

IMPORTANT: Breathwork is NOT RECOMMENDED for everyone. Contraindications include cardiovascular problems, neurological problems including epilepsy and seizures, severe mental illness, pregnancy, persons recovering from recent surgeries or fractures.
COVID: Please do not come to session if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of Covid. Please allow a week after being symptom free before attending a class. It would be uncomfortable to do a class with a mask on so we don't recommend it.

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable if you let us know by email at least 48 hours in advance so that I can fill your spot. Spaces here are very limited so cancellations really affect the event. If you can find someone else to go in your place that is preferable. If you are able to transfer your ticket in time, please use within 6 weeks of the original date by emailing the organizer and letting us know what future date you'd like to attend.
Doors open at 9.50am. You MUST be on time as you won't be able to take the class without the pre-talk instructions. After a 7 minute grace period, the doors will be locked for security.
