For nearly two years, this gathering has brought Atlanta’s healing community together in meaningful, inspiring ways.What began as a simple intention has grown into a space where practitioners meet collaborators, form long-lasting friendships, build aligned business relationships, and experience powerful personal and collective shifts. Each gathering continues to ripple outward, bringing more light, care, and connection into our wider community.

Using grounding breath and simple, accessible movement, participants are invited to notice where tension is held, develop awareness without judgment, and practice releasing — returning to steadiness, softness, and connection from the inside out.
“Inside Out” Fascial Release — with Art (@artofinsideout1)
A guided fascial release experience exploring how emotions live in the body, blending education, meditation, stretching, and breathwork to release stress and reconnect with the body’s natural healing state.
Sound Bath — with Mika (@zenmisound) & Sara (@sacredspacebysara)
An immersive sound healing experience using vibration and stillness to support nervous system regulation, rest, and integration.
