This online gathering is a blend of educational presentations, group discussion, and a guided interactive healing session. This workshop is for anyone seeking spiritual and emotional growth. We teach, study, and work with the alternative healing methods of Family Constellations and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

After a visual presentation on the topic of the month, we will hold an interactive discussion and then choose someone to do a piece of work with using Family Constellations and Internal Family Systems.
About the Facilitator: Hi I'm Jess. I am a self-published author and constellations facilitator in Los Angeles. I believe that the tools for navigating the stress of life should be affordable and available when you need help most. It is my passion to share with others the truly effective tools and methods I have discovered over the years for healing from debilitating injuries both physical and emotional.
