About this Event
About the Event: Join us this June for our MHA Speaker Series with Kelly Drobek
Healing from trauma occurs through safety, connection, and evidence‑based support. This presentation will emphasize that healing is possible and looks different for every person. We will explore how trauma impacts the body and mind and outline the relational, therapeutic, and environmental factors that help individuals rebuild stability, trust, and a strong sense of self.
About Kelly Drobek: Kelly serves as the Director of Mental Health at the Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester. She is a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in the social work and mental health fields. Kelly has been in her current role for approximately 18 months.
