Hi, I'm Starr (with 2 r's)

I am the founder of , , and .

Since becoming licensed to see clients in 2009, I’ve experienced my own burnouts and moments of wanting to give up when everything it took to keep my practice going felt too painful, too hard, and too against who I really am.

That's why I love sharing the many tools in my toolbox I've used since then to continue to increase my income & my impact, without burning out.

I also love connecting other rad healers & leaders with each other because, let's face it:

Most people aren't even questioning society, much less unethical approaches to business & sales.

Being around people who don't get what you do and your deep passion for your work is EXHAUSTING.

Even worse, it can start to make you question your value and your worth and the importance of your sacred work.

Logistics:

We meet through zoom (link given upon registration), and it is recorded.

Official programming is 11am-12:30pm Pacific, with an optional 30 mins of casual connection at the end until 1pm.

January is an odd-numbered month, so our theme is "Know Yourself," supporting you as you align your mindset & your self-talk with the success & fulfillment you desire.

(even-numbered months are "Show Yourself," supporting you with the strategies needed to show up online and create a profitable & sustainable practice)
