Curious about going upside down—but not sure where to start?This supportive, beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you explore headstands in a safe, approachable, and confidence-building way.
We’ll break headstands down step by step, focusing on proper alignment, strength-building drills, and smart use of props so you feel stable and supported at every stage. You’ll learn how to safely enter and exit different headstand variations, how to protect your neck and shoulders, and how to build the strength and awareness needed to explore inversions over time.
This workshop is not about kicking up or “getting it right.” It’s about understanding the foundation of headstands, practicing with intention, and discovering what feels right for your body. Options will be offered throughout, and you’re always welcome to pause, modify, or observe.
No inversion experience is required. A regular yoga practice is recommended, but all curious, committed students are welcome.
