About this Event
A debut collaborative project from butcher & chef Flossy Phillips AKA Floffal with the acclaimed Perry's Butchers and Wasted Wine Club, combining disciplines in celebration of the often overlooked - in this case, a pig's head.
The event will comprise a butchery demonstration, and curated tasting menu based on the multiple and varying parts of a pigs head, all of which are edible. Food is accompanied by bespoke wine pairings and insight into produce and craft beyond the counter
