Eesti Sinfonietta uues sarjas HAYDN + saab järgnevatel hooaegadel lisaks suurmeistri loomingule kuulata teoseid, mis teenimatult liiga tihti kontserdisaalides ei kõla.
Miks just HAYDN +? Lisaks Joseph Haydni muusika erakordsusele tähistame vähem kui 8 aasta pärast, 31.03.2032 tema 300. sünniaastapäeva! Helilooja rikkalikus muusikapärandis on kõrvuti hästituntud teostega ikka veel avastamist ootavaid helitöid.
Pühapäeval, 2.märtsil kell 17 kõlavad Tallinna Filharmoonia Mustpeade maja Valges saalis Joseph Haydni Avamäng in D, mis on tuntud ka helilooja 53.sümfoonia finaalina, ning Sümfoonia nr. 61.
Miks on aga kontserdi alapealkiri „Kuldnokk”? Mitte ainult märkimaks peatselt saabuvat kevadet!
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart armastas väga linde ning ligikaudu kolm aastat elas tema juures kuldnokk. Kuigi kontserdil esitatav klaverikontsert valmis pisut varem kui Mozart linnu 27. mail 1784. aastal ostis, selle kohta on tema arveraamatus täpne märge, oli ta linnu laulu kuulnud ilmselt poes, kus ta lindu vaatamas käis. Arveraamatus ei ole vaid sissekanne linnu ostmise kohta, vaid üles on kirjutatud ka seesama linnult kuuldud viisijupp, mis on üsna lähdane Mozarti Klaverikontserdi nr.17 viimase osa algustaktidele.

In the upcoming seasons, in the Estonian Sinfonietta's new series HAYDN+, in addition to the works of the great master, the audience can enjoy pieces that are undeservedly performed too rarely in concert halls.
Why HAYDN +? In addition to the exceptional music of Joseph Haydn, his 300th birthday will be celebrated in less than 8 years, on March 31, 2032! In the composer’s rich musical legacy, alongside well-known works, there are still pieces waiting to be discovered.
On Sunday, March 2nd, at 17:00, in the White Hall of the Tallinn Philharmonic's House of the Blackheads, music by Joseph Haydn and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart will be performed.
But why Starling?
For about three years, the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart kept a pet starling. Composer hadaffection in general for birds.The first record of the starling is the entry Mozart made in his expense book when he bought it on May 27th 1784. The music, Mozart jotted down in the book, is fairly close to the opening bars of the third movement of hisPiano Concerto No. 17, which Mozart had completed a few weeks earlier, in April. Presumably, Mozart taught the bird to sing this tune in the pet store, or wherever it was, that he bought it.
