We are inviting artists, community organizers and activists to gather and share experiences about collective, cooperative and communal working models. This is a follow-up workshop to the initial gatherings in December and January. This time we will share experiences about dealing with disagreements, frictions and conflicts. When and where do conflicts typically emerge in collective contexts? How do we respond to them as individuals? How do we negotiate around them as collectives? Which tools can we use in order to prevent, hold and dissolve conflicts? The workshop language is English. The discussion is hosted by Daylight Project and facilitated by Airi Triisberg.
