Our Mission
For decades, Hatzalah YS Rescuers Without Borders has been at the forefront of emergency medical response, providing immediate lifesaving care through a vast network of trained volunteer medics. Our teams respond within minutes to medical emergencies, disasters, and humanitarian crises, ensuring that no life is left without help. Beyond emergency response, Hatzalah has developed groundbreaking programs to address trauma in vulnerable populations, including children affected by war and crisis.

Healing Children Through Zootherapy

One of Hatzalah’s most impactful initiatives is the Zootherapy Farm Program, where interaction with animals helps children recover from trauma and post-traumatic stress. These farms provide therapeutic environments where children can rebuild trust, emotional stability, and resilience through guided interaction with animals and nature. Hatzalah has expanded this program with mobile zootherapy farms, bringing healing directly to communities, hospitals, and displaced families.

Why Your Support Matters
