Begin this class with a grounding and centering meditation followed by a pranayama (breath work). Move to the body with a continued warm up and begin to flow with a variety of sun salutations and moving with breath. Expect a combination of standing poses, balance work, core strengthening and an overall body stretch. Class concludes with time in savasana. This is a suitable class for all levels of students. Hatha yoga is hosted every Tuesday and Saturday morning from 9am-10am.
