Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers! Thursday, Sept 11th, we will be meeting at Reallife Wellness Studio for 20-30 min of movement. We will have a car seat technician joining us that day to talk about car seat safety and she is also offering free car seat checks following the workout that day.
This free class is designed just for you. Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom.
This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class.
