� Hello April !�Hatha Yoga starts on Thursday 30th April at Holme on Spalding Moor Village Hall Community Room.
� 6.30pm – 7.30pm
� £8 per class
A warm, welcoming class for anyone wanting to slow down, move, breathe, and take a little time for themselves.
Beginners are very welcome.
Please bring a mat if you have one, or let me know if you need to borrow one for the class
