Hatha Flow + Restore Thursday 4:45pm-5:45pm with Liz Hurd from Betty Yoga

Get ready to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and find ease in the pause. We begin with a feel-good flow to warm the body, awaken the breath, and release tension. We then slow it down as each pose becomes an opportunity to invite stillness and calm your nervous system.

This class offers the best of both worlds — the perfect balance of movement and stillness, uplifting and grounding all in one.

This is an all levels class, if you are new to Yoga you are more than welcome to join, however please note it is not a beginner class. Modifications will always be offered.
