Celebrate National Nutrition Month with an unforgettable Wellness Wednesday Community Dinner at Essensia Restaurant & Bar at The Palms Hotel & Spa.
This special evening features Executive Chef Giovanni Pusceddu in collaboration with Gratitude Garden Farm, a certified organic, family-owned farm in South Florida known for cultivating gourmet and medicinal mushrooms, nutrient-dense produce, and plant-based wellness products. What began as a personal healing journey has grown into a five-acre farm dedicated to nourishing both body and soul through regenerative practices and intentional growing.
Guests will have the unique opportunity to hear directly from the farm’s owner, who will share the inspiring story behind Gratitude Garden Farm—from its origins rooted in health and transformation to its mission of connecting people to food, wellness, and the land.
Set within our lush tropical garden, this intimate, family-style dining experience invites guests to slow down, connect, and engage more deeply with the origins of their food—while enjoying a seasonal menu crafted from freshly harvested, nutrient-rich ingredients, including the farm’s signature mushrooms and garden-grown produce.
Enjoy a 4-course family-style menu that celebrates vibrant, vegetable-forward and vegan cuisine, complemented by Syltbar Prosecco and fine wines.
