Welcome to 7 Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Aura Gong & Reiki Drumming Sound Journey at the Friends Meeting House Harrogate City Centre. Immerse yourself in a unique experience combining the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, the powerful vibrations of Reiki drumming and the magic of the Aura Gong all whilst relaxing on a mat. Let the harmonious tones guide you through a journey of healing and balance.

A relaxed flowing once a month session 2nd Thursday every month. Please bring your own mats, blankets, pillows and even duvets / sleeping bags if you choose. Come along and create your magical nest where you can sink back, relax and be nurtured by the sounds.
