About this Event
Join Harper's Bazaar for ‘The Art of Wellness’, in partnership with Polestar, on Thursday 26 March from 7pm, at the Park Hyatt London River Thames (7 Nine Elms Lane, Nine Elms, London SW8 5PH).
Set within the elegant surroundings of Park Hyatt London River Thames, the evening will begin with nourishing smoothies and healthy snacks before you take part in a stress-relieving guided movement session led by one of London’s top fitness instructors, Paola Di Lanzo. A deeply calming meditation experience follows, offering a moment of stillness and reset amid the pace of city life.
Afterwards, enjoy a relaxed buffet supper before taking your seat for an intimate panel discussion hosted by Harper's Bazaar's beauty director Katy Young. Joining the conversation will be Ada Ooi, integrative medicine clinician and Founder & Clinical Director of 001 London, the award-winning Harley Street longevity clinic, as the panel explores how conscious and sustainable choices can enhance our wellbeing and support personal and professional success.
All guests will receive a luxury goodie bag and a day pass to return to the spa at Park Hyatt London River Thames.
*Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or physical considerations on arrival so the session can be adapted to your needs.
MEET OUR SPECIAL GUESTS
PAOLA DI LANZO
Paola's passion for health and fitness began three decades ago in Australia, and led her to study at the Pilates Institute. Fifteen years ago, she revolutionised the fitness industry in London by developing her unique PBB Method before the fitness explosion. Paola wanted to create an edge and fun to the traditional ways of teaching Barre, Pilates and Yoga. She is a true trailblazer with her fusions and style, leading many in the industry to flock to her for inspiration when she first came onto the London fitness scene.
