About this Event
Discover Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga. Join Sarah for a morning exploring this ancient health science and its crucial role in our Yoga practice. We'll delve into the three main energies (Doshas) in Ayurveda: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Learn how to tailor your practice to your dominant Dosha. You'll leave with a new dimension to integrate into and enhance your Yoga practice. About Sarah:
Five years ago, Sarah faced health issues that conventional medicine couldn't resolve. Taking charge of her well-being, she discovered Ayurveda. The ancient health science resonated so deeply that she's been studying and applying its teachings ever since. Sarah is now on the verge of qualifying as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Sarah believes health is a universal right, yet modern society often complicates this basic need. Her mission is to share Ayurveda, which she sees as the key to unlocking our true health potential.
