Harmony of the Womb Workshop with Shaela Noella

This Workshop, this time, is welcome to ALL GENDERS; for those that have a womb, had a womb physically or energetically, or for those that just want to learn about womb wisdom.

If you suffer from PMS, cramps, digestive or uterine issues - this class is highly recommended!

Or if you want to increase your wisdom and support people that suffer from these alignments, it is suggested.

Or if you are uncomfortable with the gender you're born with (or labeled as at birth)- this class could provide depth to understanding the body you have or are transitioning into, or from. Ideally this workshop is designed for ALL people, even though there is a focus on Womb~Wisdom; people with hysterectomies, spirit wombs, male bodies, trans, or genderfluid can still benefit.

Join us for this powerful and joyful journey to connect with your physical, or energetic womb, or dan-tien. We will cover self-care practices that include belly massage to practice on yourself. The benefit of these practices, help move stuck emotion, support optimal digestion, and overall uterine or lower dantian health.
We will also connect with Womb Oracles- that could be your physical womb (as it carries codes, memories and intelligence) or that could be the Womb of the Earth.Toning and sound will also support us in connecting to our power centers.
It can be empowering to learn about the womb to tend to womb carriers or those with hysterectomies. Certain exercises can also be adjusted for different genders, and this information can be supportive for all of us to know.

This workshop will cover:
- Intro to Womb Wisdom inspired by Maya lineages
- Connecting to your Womb Oracle
- Using toning or sound to strengthen the connection between Voice and Womb (or lower dan-tien)-Techniques of self-care massage and stretches to support digestion, centering and womb alignment

Bio:
Shaela Noella is a songstress, medium, and practitioner of the healing arts.
She carries the magic of laughter, sound, and nature flower essences.

any of these gifts awakened in her on the Big Island of Hawaii, travels and tours through the Western States, Latin America, and working with Shamanas, Curanderas, Nanas, Teachers, Mentors, Compassionate Benevolent Helping Spirits and Nature Spirits. She has been living nomadically the last few years; with lots of deepening in her relations with Curanderas and Nanas in Mexico and Guatemala, expanding learning of womb care and more.

Shaela Noella is the visionary of Sister Winds Foundation, a nonprofit to uplift women in music and healing arts. The nonprofit is now growing internationally, as in February 2024 they had their first events in Guatemala building sisterhood with some amazing Indigenous healers through Hermanas del Viento events with the Mystic Choir. Shaela Noella has started and led several music groups and choirs including: Sister Winds ensemble, Medicine Weavers, Mystic Choir and Las Curanderas.
