About this Event
Join Ania and Sierra for an evening in ceremony during sunset at Sloans Lake.
This circle is an invitation to step away from the overwhelm of daily life and into a sacred space to reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supported way. We will begin with education about hapé, then you will be guided through a ceremony with this sacred plant medicine and receive Reiki to support your process and help move stagnant or blocked energy.
Hapé is a sacred tobacco medicine from the Amazon rainforest. In many indigenous traditions, tobacco is considered a master plant teacher and a powerful ally for prayer, intention, and connection. Hapé is deeply grounding and can help quiet the mind, clear energetic clutter, and bring you back into the present moment.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality that supports the body's natural ability to restore balance. Many people experience Reiki as deeply relaxing, calming to the nervous system, and supportive for emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.
Please bring something comfortable to sit or lie on, along with any pillows, blankets, or other items that will help you feel cozy and supported. Water is also recommended.
Whether you are new to these practices or have worked with them before, you are welcome here. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
We'll be meeting at the corner of Stuart St and 22nd Ave.
