This Happiness Hour: Soundbath Social at Table Public House offers an alternative option to wind down and des-stress without alcohol. This social setting offers plently of time to mingle and make new friends, with a nourishing soundbath to soothe your nervous system.
We'll have a few local vendors with some self-care items, and food & drink available from Table Public house. We hope to condense multiple resources and experiences that will truly contribute to your well-being when your body needs it most--under stress!
