Hanuman Chalisa: A Deep Divewith Michael Warren
Join Michael Warren for a deep dive into the Hanuman Chalisa, a 40-verse prayer composed in Awadhi—a dialect of Hindi—that embodies the very heart of Bhakti Yoga. This sacred hymn expresses the qualities of courage, strength, selfless service, and unwavering devotion.
During our time together, we will chant 11 Hanuman Chalisas with live musical accompaniment. This gathering offers an opportunity to begin learning the Chalisa or simply to immerse yourself in its steady and uplifting energy—while coming together in Sangha, sacred spiritual community.
All are welcome, whether you are new to the practice or deeply familiar with it.
This is a donation based event - a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Healing Springs Recovery Center.

Michael Warren has been a kirtan leader since 2016 and is deeply immersed in the world of Bhakti Yoga through devoted personal practice and shared community settings. A multi-instrumentalist musician, he has performed in folk, rock, experimental, and other collaborative projects. Michael leads regular kirtans and yoga classes in Upstate New York and brings a strong foundation in yogic traditions alongside lived experience in other spiritual paths.
