This handstand workshop is for anyone curious about being inverted and exploring balance, whether handstands feel exciting, intimidating, or completely unfamiliar, you will leave with tools that you can bring into your own practice.What to Expect:
We’ll begin by warming up the body and building strength — think the wrists, shoulders, and core. Then, we’ll explore drills that develop coordination, body awareness, and confidence, helping you understand how the pieces of a handstand fit together rather than just kicking and hoping for the best.
Whether your goal is to hold a handstand or simply feel more comfortable kicking up and trying, you’ll leave with tools, drills, and a clearer understanding you can bring back into your own practice.
