About this Event
In this workshop we will be working on learning the correct alignment for your handstand and exploring lots of different entries into it.
We will explore functional conditioning in the upper body and core and will work both individually and with a partner who will spot and support you to help learn the correct position without fear of falling out.
We will be learning an acrobatic/gymnastic handstand which is very different and more functional than the classic yoga handstand.
You will be given loads of drills to put into your own training practices and will of course learn how to bail safely from a handstand.
This workshop is suitable for ALL levels and will be a lot of fun!
Sylvia has been training with Sainna at London School of Handbalance for over a decade and has also trained handbalancing at the San Diego Circus Centre with Jean Luc Martin.
