Begintermediate Workshop
⏰ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Perfect if you can kick up but want to improve your balance and hold time.
You’ll learn how to:
• Improve your chest-to-wall position and alignment
• Start finding balance at the wall
• Kick up with more control away from the wall
• Exit safely and build confidence
This session is all about bridging the gap to your first proper freestanding handstand.
Intermediate Workshop
⏰ 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
For those already comfortable kicking up and working away from the wall.
We’ll focus on:
• Refining your straight-line alignment
• Improving control and consistency
• Exploring shapes (tuck, straddle, etc.)
• Different entry techniques
This is where you start to really own your handstand.

Natalie (@theoutspoken30s) – Founder of Handstand Movement
Natalie has helped hundreds of people build strength, balance, and confidence in their handstands. Her coaching style is supportive, practical, and focused on real progress—no gymnastics background needed.
