JOIN THIS PLAYFUL CLASS starting with some flowy movement and yoga like sequences warming up your entire body and challenging your core. We then open the space for your personal handstand practice, where you can ask for inspiration, exercises and spotting from the teacher, but certainly also each other, sharing experiences, tips and trust.
All levels are more than welcome.
WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAYS
The Wednesday afternoon classes offer a chance to go a little more into detail with skill and technique, while the Friday morning classes offer a chance of also just enjoying a nice and flowy morning movement practice, based around the handstand, but where you dont always need to go super technical if you are in the mood for an easier morning.
