Join us for a journey into the wonderful world of Hand to Hand! Whether you are beginning to explore H2H, or you already have an existing practice, this workshop is for you.
Through a range of individual and partnered drills, we aim to guide the evolvolution of your H2H skills to the next level.
There are so many avenues you can explore with H2H, in L-basing flows, standing skills, dynamic skills, and more. This workshop will offer a variety skills to get you excited and inspired to train your H2H effectively and safely.

Please be aware that practicing H2H requires good wrist strength and body awareness, gained through many hours of conditioning. To attend this workshop, you need to be confident in the following skills without a spotter.
Prerequisite skills:
- Jump into star, 1 minute hold
- Face to wall handstand, 30 seconds hold
- L-basing F2H, 30 seconds hold
- No current wrist injuries

About the teachers:
Sarah and Eric share a focus on playfulness and safety in teaching acro, and their own practice. Using progressive drills to achieve new skills, while making the practice achievable and fun every step of the journey. Getting creative and having a good time is the best way to learn after all!
