Our multicultural poetry night returns with renewed power, guiding us through voices shaped by migration, memory, language, and resilience. This event weaves a vibrant tapestry of identities and lived experience, giving centre stage to powerful poetic expression from diverse communities.

— Indrani Perera, a Sri Lankan/German/Australian poet based in Naarm (Melbourne), known for her narrative plainsong poetry and as the founder of Pocketry, the home of unheard voices.
This magical evening will touch on themes of migration, identity, language, heritage, cultural memory, and the universal longing for home.
