Hand sewing can be a delightful and meditative skill to have in a sewist’s repertoire. We’ll create a pincushion using three different hand sewing methods: English Paper Piecing, running stitch and ladder stitch. All materials (fabric, fiberfill, templates, glue, thread, needles and buttons) will be included.Foundational skills taught:
English paper piecing glue basting and stitching
Hand piecing using the running stitch
Closing using the ladder stitch
