Peaches and Queens

Peaches & Queens is more than a workout — it’s an intentional evening created to help women reconnect with their strength, identity, and community. Hosted by Mrs. Golden Colorado, this glute-focused strength workout is paired with an empowerment workshop led in part by a licensed clinical therapist, who will guide a meaningful discussion around reclaiming identity, setting healthy boundaries, and stepping into personal power. Following the workshop, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated community experience featuring local vendors, charcuterie boards, and space to connect with other women. This event is designed to remind every woman that if she’s dropped her crown, she doesn’t have to pick it up alone.
