About this Event
Discover the art of handmade pasta in this hands-on class, no machine required! You’ll learn to mix up a simple semolina pasta dough and shape it into delightful forms like orecchiette and cavatelli, using just your hands. Perfect for beginners and pasta enthusiasts alike, this class focuses on traditional techniques that are as satisfying as the dishes they create.
To complement your hand-shaped creations, we’ll whip up a selection of hearty, chunky sauces featuring seasonal winter vegetables. By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to craft beautiful, rustic pasta and pair it with sauces that highlight the flavors of the season. Join us for an evening of comfort food and culinary creativity!
