Join Sophie for her Artfirmations hand lettering workshop, designed to help you slow down, switch off your busy brain and have a play with pens making your own words look the way they feel!
Think creativity with purpose, colour with feeling and a calm, cosy vibe where there’s absolutely no pressure to be perfect or create a masterpiece. This is about being handmade and heartfelt, creating your own personal comfort card, confidence boost or gentle reminder that tells you exactly what you need to hear.

You will be creating an Artfirmation, which is a hand-lettered affirmation/a word/ phrase or reminder your inner self needs to hear right now. Turning your own words into something beautiful you can actually see, feel, hold and believe!!! It’s like a paper hug, a motivational mantra and a little mindset reset reminder all rolled into one! ✨
Our own words have soooo much power on ourselves. So when you create them yourself, they hit you differently right in the heart.

Sophie The Letterer (Founder and hands behind The Bounce Back Club) will guide you step by step through the basics of hand lettering, from forming basic shapes, to creating letters and joining words, to playful flourishes and finding your own style when designing your own.
Absolutely no experience, neat handwriting or creative confidence needed. Promise!
Sophie will help you choose words that feel right for you, whether that’s confidence, softness, self-belief or a reminder to be kinder to yourself, and turn them into something bold, colourful and completely personal.
This isn’t about being “good at art”. It’s about how it feels.
