Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch with Chef Christina Zani of Pasta Night. She’ll guide you through creating your own egg-based pasta dough, from rolling it out on pasta machines to hand-cutting your noodles—thin tagliatelle or wide pappardelle—to take home and enjoy.
