Step into the woods for a deeply restorative, slow-paced experience of heat, rest, and connection.
In collaboration with Spirit Sauna, this session offers a beautifully held rhythm of sauna and stillness.
You’ll be split into two small groups:
One group will begin with a 1-hour woodland sauna experience, including a guided Aufguss ritual and optional cold plunge. The other group will settle into Hammock Time, with space to rest, journal, or simply be held by the woodland
After an hour, you’ll gently swap over.
We’ll come together around the fire to close, with hot drinks, cold refreshments, and something sweet.
This is your time to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with nature and yourself.
Includes:

✨ Aufguss ritual (Spirit Sauna)
✨ Optional Cold plunge
✨ Your own hammock for rest, journaling or simply being
✨ Campfire with marshmallows
✨ Hot & cold drinks
This is a child-free zone.
Please note:
A short waiver will need to be signed on arrival before using the sauna.
If fewer than five people are booked, we may need to cancel the session. However, we’ll be happy to help you reschedule for another session in the future.
