About this Event

Welcome to the Hammersmith & Fulham Leasehold Surgery! Join our surgeries across the borough where you can get your leasehold questions answered. Our teams will be on hand to provide guidance on leasehold matters and offer solutions to concerns you may have.

The surgery will be held at the Polish Social and Cultural Association, 238-246 King St, London W6 0RF, on Tuesday 24 February 2026 and the theme will be on Property Management. Don't miss this opportunity to gain support with your leasehold issues. See you there!

This session which will focus on Property and be attended by teams that are responsible for maintaining the physical structure of your building. Register for this surgery to visit as many service areas as you wish concerning your building, the infrastructure serving it, works that have been carried out, future programmes of work, or building safety.

In addition to general admission, you can book an appointment to discuss a specific issue with each team by choosing your preferred 15 minutes time-slot. You will need to book separate time slots for each team you want to see.

Repairs & Direct Labour Organisation
Mechanical & Electrical (this includes provision for lifts, electrical installations, and water hygiene)
Property Compliance Team

If you’re unavailable to attend one of both surgeries or would prefer to attend a surgery that is closer to home, we will be holding further surgeries in the North of the borough in the summer and in the South in the autumn. We’ll publicise dates nearer the time.
