About this Event
Our classic HALF-ROX with the addition of two 750m run segments. The distances and repetitions for all 8 Zones are cut in half. Take on this callenge solo, or as a doubles team*!
ALL finishers will receive a custom event leather keychain by Canter Craft Engravings
Participants will complete the following:
Run - 750m**
Ski Erg - 500m
Sled Push - 25m***
Sled Pull - 25m***
Burpee Broad Jumps - 40m
Run - 750m
Row - 500m
Farmer's Carry - 100m
Sandbag Lunges - 50m
Wall Balls - 50 reps
*Teams only need to purchase 1 ticket
**Runs are done outside, and must be completed by both members of the team
***Sled Push and Pull are done together (push-pull-push-pull)
****Weights are equivalent to the HYROX Open divisions - mixed doubles use men's weights. Juniors will be modified Women's weights. Sled's are modified to reflect the average weight between the two stations.
